Catalog: CNVFP-XCR1-23302
Classification: Copy Number Variation
Description: Our Gene-specific Copy Number Variation Probes usually target the flanks of the target gene (XCR1). The product usually consists of a combination of reagents, which consists of a probe with a selected dye color and a hybridization reagent. We provide CNV FISH Probes with a variety of dye color combinations to meet various challenges. Probe products not only provide some classic color combinations but also provide customized probe services.
Application: XCR1 Gene-specific copy number variation probes are mainly used to detect the copy number variation related to XCR1 genes. This product achieves the purpose of detection by hybridizing with the XCR1 gene. Due to this design method, our probe products can detect the amplification and deletion of target genes on chromosomes through FISH.

Gene Details

Gene Name X-C Motif Chemokine Receptor 1
Gene Summary [Provided by RefSeq] The protein encoded by this gene is a chemokine receptor belonging to the G protein-coupled receptor superfamily. The family members are characterized by the presence of 7 transmembrane domains and numerous conserved amino acids. This receptor is most closely related to RBS11 and the MIP1-alpha/RANTES receptor. It transduces a signal by increasing the intracellular calcium ions level. The viral macrophage inflammatory protein-II is an antagonist of this receptor and blocks signaling. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Gene Symbol XCR1
Location 3p21.31
Chromosome Chromosome3
Coordinates This gene maps to 46062290-46068979 in GRCh37 coordinates.
Species Human
