Prostate Cancer
Creative Bioarray provides convenient in-situ visual analysis service solutions for prostate cancer research, which can deal with spatial analysis of mRNA and lncRNA. This service is designed to help researchers scan for potential biomarkers or validate targets of interest. We have accumulated a lot of experience in related research fields and visual analysis services. Confident to provide customers with high-quality images and results.
Prostate Cancer (PCa)
The evolution of prostate cancer depends on acquiring the genomic changes that drive the progression of the disease. The need for new prostate cancer (PCa) biomarkers for early detection, diagnosis of relapsed and metastatic disease, treatment monitoring, and treatment benefit prediction continue. Many genomic changes that drive prostate cancer have been identified, including ERG, SPOP, MYC, and androgen receptor (AR) changes. Research on the molecular profile of untreated primary prostate cancer has identified different molecular subtypes defined by potential molecular aberrations. SPOP is an E3 ligase adaptor protein that defines a unique molecular subclass of prostate cancer. The biological significance of SPOP mutations in prostate cancer is under study, and there have been reports showing that mutations in SPOP drive increased proliferation and transcriptional characteristics. For example, mutant SPOP activates phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K)/mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) signaling and upregulates AR-related transcription factors and co-activator networks. Our visual analysis program can be applied to in situ analysis of transcripts (mRNA, lncRNA, etc.) of pathways that are critical to the pathogenesis of prostate cancer.

In-situ Visualization Solutions for Prostate Cancer-Related Biomarker Discovery
In addition to the reported ERG, SPOP, MYC, and androgen receptor (AR), the discovery of many new biomarkers is in progress. We provide convenient visualization analysis solutions for the research on the molecular mechanism of prostate cancer. This service is not only used to discover potential biomarkers, but also can assist in the verification of discovered potential biomarkers. We have accumulated a lot of experience in the visualization of non-coding RNA analysis signal pathway related targets. Using commercial hotspot panels or customized probes based on sequencing data, our FISH analysis platform provides customized visualization solutions for customers. Commercial probe products can be specified by customers, and we provide comprehensive probe customization services, including optional sequence design. The customization process includes the customer submitting a sequence design plan or entrusting us to design and form a personalized customized probe. Subsequently, our experimental platform completes the steps of hybridization and imaging. Finally, the bioinformatics team will analyze the data and issue a report.
