Catalog: CNVFP-TBR1-20402
Classification: Copy Number Variation
Description: Our Gene-specific Copy Number Variation Probes usually target the flanks of the target gene (TBR1). The product usually consists of a combination of reagents, which consists of a probe with a selected dye color and a hybridization reagent. We provide CNV FISH Probes with a variety of dye color combinations to meet various challenges. Probe products not only provide some classic color combinations but also provide customized probe services.
Application: TBR1 Gene-specific copy number variation probes are mainly used to detect the copy number variation related to TBR1 genes. This product achieves the purpose of detection by hybridizing with the TBR1 gene. Due to this design method, our probe products can detect the amplification and deletion of target genes on chromosomes through FISH.

Gene Details

Gene Name T-box, Brain 1
Gene Summary [Provided by RefSeq] This gene is a member of a conserved family of genes that share a common DNA-binding domain, the T-box. T-box genes encode transcription factors involved in the regulation of numerous developmental processes. In mouse, the ortholog of this gene is expressed in the cerebral cortex, hippocampus, amygdala and olfactory bulb and is thought to play an important role in neuronal migration and axonal projection. In mouse, the C-terminal region of this protein was found to be necessary and sufficient for association with the guanylate kinase domain of calcium/calmodulin-dependent serine protein kinase. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2015]
Gene Symbol TBR1
Location 2q24.2
Chromosome Chromosome2
Coordinates This gene maps to 162272619-162281573 in GRCh37 coordinates.
Species Human
