Catalog: CNVFP-RPRD1A-17674
Classification: Copy Number Variation
Description: Our Gene-specific Copy Number Variation Probes usually target the flanks of the target gene (RPRD1A). The product usually consists of a combination of reagents, which consists of a probe with a selected dye color and a hybridization reagent. We provide CNV FISH Probes with a variety of dye color combinations to meet various challenges. Probe products not only provide some classic color combinations but also provide customized probe services.
Application: RPRD1A Gene-specific copy number variation probes are mainly used to detect the copy number variation related to RPRD1A genes. This product achieves the purpose of detection by hybridizing with the RPRD1A gene. Due to this design method, our probe products can detect the amplification and deletion of target genes on chromosomes through FISH.

Gene Details

Gene Name Regulation Of Nuclear Pre-mRNA Domain Containing 1A
Gene Summary [Provided by RefSeq] This gene encodes a cell-cycle and transcription regulatory protein. The encoded protein interacts with the cell cycle inhibitor cyclin-dependent kinase 4 inhibitor B and may function as a negative regulator of G(1)/S phase progression. This protein also forms homo- and hetrodimers with the protein, regulation of nuclear pre-mRNA domain-containing protein 1B, to form a scaffold that interacts with the C-terminal domain of RNA polymerase II subunit B1 and regulates several aspects of transcription. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome 16. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2014]
Gene Symbol RPRD1A
Location 18q12.2
Chromosome Chromosome18
Coordinates This gene maps to 33569791-33647373 in GRCh37 coordinates.
Species Human
