Catalog: CNVFP-NLRP10-14286
Classification: Copy Number Variation
Description: Our Gene-specific Copy Number Variation Probes usually target the flanks of the target gene (NLRP10). The product usually consists of a combination of reagents, which consists of a probe with a selected dye color and a hybridization reagent. We provide CNV FISH Probes with a variety of dye color combinations to meet various challenges. Probe products not only provide some classic color combinations but also provide customized probe services.
Application: NLRP10 Gene-specific copy number variation probes are mainly used to detect the copy number variation related to NLRP10 genes. This product achieves the purpose of detection by hybridizing with the NLRP10 gene. Due to this design method, our probe products can detect the amplification and deletion of target genes on chromosomes through FISH.

Gene Details

Gene Name NLR Family Pyrin Domain Containing 10
Gene Summary [Provided by RefSeq] Members of the NALP protein family typically contain a NACHT domain, a NACHT-associated domain (NAD), a C-terminal leucine-rich repeat (LRR) region, and an N-terminal pyrin domain (PYD). The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the NALP protein family despite lacking the LRR region. This protein likely plays a regulatory role in the innate immune system. The protein belongs to the signal-induced multiprotein complex, the inflammasome, that activates the pro-inflammatory caspases, caspase-1 and caspase-5. Other experiments indicate that this gene acts as a multifunctional negative regulator of inflammation and apoptosis. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Gene Symbol NLRP10
Location 11p15.4
Chromosome Chromosome11
Coordinates This gene maps to 7981155-7985059 in GRCh37 coordinates.
