Catalog: CNVFP-ENPP3-04545
Classification: Copy Number Variation
Description: Our Gene-specific Copy Number Variation Probes usually target the flanks of the target gene (ENPP3). The product usually consists of a combination of reagents, which consists of a probe with a selected dye color and a hybridization reagent. We provide CNV FISH Probes with a variety of dye color combinations to meet various challenges. Probe products not only provide some classic color combinations but also provide customized probe services.
Application: ENPP3 Gene-specific copy number variation probes are mainly used to detect the copy number variation related to ENPP3 genes. This product achieves the purpose of detection by hybridizing with the ENPP3 gene. Due to this design method, our probe products can detect the amplification and deletion of target genes on chromosomes through FISH.

Gene Details

Gene Name Ectonucleotide Pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase 3
Gene Summary [Provided by RefSeq] The protein encoded by this gene belongs to a series of ectoenzymes that are involved in hydrolysis of extracellular nucleotides. These ectoenzymes possess ATPase and ATP pyrophosphatase activities and are type II transmembrane proteins. Expression of the related rat mRNA has been found in a subset of immature glial cells and in the alimentary tract. The corresponding rat protein has been detected in the pancreas, small intestine, colon, and liver. The human mRNA is expressed in glioma cells, prostate, and uterus. Expression of the human protein has been detected in uterus, basophils, and mast cells. Two transcript variants, one protein coding and the other non-protein coding, have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Oct 2015]
Gene Symbol ENPP3
Location 6q23.2
Chromosome Chromosome6
Coordinates This gene maps to 131958441-132068550 in GRCh37 coordinates.
