Catalog: CNVFP-CCRL2-02379
Classification: Copy Number Variation
Description: Our Gene-specific Copy Number Variation Probes usually target the flanks of the target gene (CCRL2). The product usually consists of a combination of reagents, which consists of a probe with a selected dye color and a hybridization reagent. We provide CNV FISH Probes with a variety of dye color combinations to meet various challenges. Probe products not only provide some classic color combinations but also provide customized probe services.
Application: CCRL2 Gene-specific copy number variation probes are mainly used to detect the copy number variation related to CCRL2 genes. This product achieves the purpose of detection by hybridizing with the CCRL2 gene. Due to this design method, our probe products can detect the amplification and deletion of target genes on chromosomes through FISH.

Gene Details

Gene Name C-C Motif Chemokine Receptor Like 2
Gene Summary [Provided by RefSeq] This gene encodes a chemokine receptor like protein, which is predicted to be a seven transmembrane protein and most closely related to CCR1. Chemokines and their receptors mediated signal transduction are critical for the recruitment of effector immune cells to the site of inflammation. This gene is expressed at high levels in primary neutrophils and primary monocytes, and is further upregulated on neutrophil activation and during monocyte to macrophage differentiation. The function of this gene is unknown. This gene is mapped to the region where the chemokine receptor gene cluster is located. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Gene Symbol CCRL2
Location 3p21.31
Chromosome Chromosome3
Coordinates This gene maps to 46448720-46451014 in GRCh37 coordinates.
Species Human
