| Catalog: | CNVFP-ANAPC2-00515 |
| Classification: | Copy Number Variation |
| Description: | Our Gene-specific Copy Number Variation Probes usually target the flanks of the target gene (ANAPC2). The product usually consists of a combination of reagents, which consists of a probe with a selected dye color and a hybridization reagent. We provide CNV FISH Probes with a variety of dye color combinations to meet various challenges. Probe products not only provide some classic color combinations but also provide customized probe services. |
| Application: | ANAPC2 Gene-specific copy number variation probes are mainly used to detect the copy number variation related to ANAPC2 genes. This product achieves the purpose of detection by hybridizing with the ANAPC2 gene. Due to this design method, our probe products can detect the amplification and deletion of target genes on chromosomes through FISH. |

| Gene Name | Anaphase Promoting Complex Subunit 2 |
| Gene Summary [Provided by RefSeq] | A large protein complex, termed the anaphase-promoting complex (APC), or the cyclosome, promotes metaphase-anaphase transition by ubiquitinating its specific substrates such as mitotic cyclins and anaphase inhibitor, which are subsequently degraded by the 26S proteasome. Biochemical studies have shown that the vertebrate APC contains eight subunits. The composition of the APC is highly conserved in organisms from yeast to humans. The product of this gene is a component of the complex and shares sequence similarity with a recently identified family of proteins called cullins, which may also be involved in ubiquitin-mediated degradation.
