Description:	Empire Genomics has developed a custom probe which can be used to detect the presence of chromosome X and chromosome Y, in mouse samples, using FISH. Mouse probes are not FISH tested prior to release and are subject to availability.
Application:	This chromosome control probe can be used to detect the presence of X and Y chromosomes in mouse samples. We provide 2 color combinations for you to choose. The chromosome control probe has two important uses: 1. It can be used for chromosome counting; 2. It can be used to verify whether the gene-specific probe hybridizes to the correct chromosome.
